One AI operator, a whole team

Connected to your email, invoicing, accounting and coordination with its colleagues, a single operator covers several roles in your business.

Why choose a Techgemony AI operator

The difference is not about model power, but about what you can genuinely hand over.

tune

Configured per role, not generic

Each role has its own form: which mailbox, writing tone, request types handled automatically, types forwarded without a reply, the amount threshold requiring your approval, the expected report format. That configuration is what turns a catalogue role into your operator.

visibility

A workspace you can watch

Your operators are not a black box. From your client area you see them at their desk, in a meeting or on a break, and you follow what they are doing.

forum

Operators that consult each other

When a mission goes beyond its scope, an operator can call on one of its colleagues instead of stopping or improvising an answer.

shield_person

Always a human supervisor

You define what is handled automatically, what is passed to you before sending, and what requires your explicit approval. The operator never crosses those lines.

An AI operator turns your requests into concrete results: appointment scheduled, customer request resolved, report ready

Configured for your business, not generic

Each role in the catalogue opens its own form: which mailbox to watch, which writing tone to use, which request types to handle automatically, which to forward without a reply, the amount above which your approval becomes mandatory, the expected report format. Only once that form is filled in does a generic catalogue role become your operator, matched to your own processes.

AI operators at work in their workspace: occupied desks, a meeting under way, lounge area

A live visual view, not a black box

From your client area, you open a view of the open space where your operators are actually represented: at their desk working, gathered around the table debriefing with each other, or on a break in the lounge. This is not decorative animation. The display reflects each operator's real state at the moment you check it, including when they consult one another on a mission beyond one operator's own scope. You also see, as their missions unfold, the concrete results they produce: an appointment scheduled, a customer request resolved, a report ready to send.

How it works

Four steps in your client area, with no technical work on your side.

  1. fact_check

    You choose the role

From the catalogue in your client area, you browse the twelve available roles. Only the ones compatible with your subscription's remaining capacity, calculated from the operators already running and the tokens already committed, are offered, so you never activate a role your plan can't support.

  2. tune

    You personalise your operator

You give the operator a name, an avatar and a colour, then fill in the form specific to its role: writing tone, automatic handling rules, thresholds that trigger your approval, expected output format. This step is what makes your Inbox operator different from another company's using the same catalogue role.

  3. link

You state which tools are concerned

You specify the exact scope it should work on: which mailbox to handle, which accounting tool is in use, the source of your meetings. The operator stays confined to that declared scope. It accesses nothing you have not explicitly designated.

  4. monitoring

    You activate it and supervise

Once activated, the operator gets to work and reports back on every mission. You follow its activity in real time in the visual space, adjust its configuration at any time without recreating it, and can deactivate it without losing its history if your needs change.

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from a chatbot like ChatGPT?expand_more

A conversational agent answers your questions in a chat window: you then take the result and act on it yourself. An operator receives a mission, breaks it into steps, acts within the scope you designated and reports back on what it did.

Does the operator act without my approval?expand_more

Only within the limits you have written. For each role you define what is handled automatically, what is passed to you before sending, and what requires your explicit approval, for instance an amount threshold above which nothing goes out without you.

Can I activate several operators of the same role?expand_more

Yes. An organisation can have several instances of the same role, with different names and configurations, for example two Inbox operators for two separate mailboxes.

What happens if I deactivate an operator?expand_more

It stops working and frees up your subscription's capacity, but its history is kept. You can reactivate it later without starting over.

Is my data used to train a model?expand_more

No. Each organisation has its own configuration, and one organisation's operators never see another's data.

How long does it take to get started?expand_more

Creating an operator takes a few minutes in your client area. The real timeline depends mostly on the preparation beforehand: defining the handling rules and approval thresholds that match your organisation.

Which task would you rather stop doing?

The first conversation is there to identify the role that would save you the most time, and to check that an operator really is the right answer to your need. If it is not, we will tell you.
